This doesn't look like bots or trolls, it's legit users that really voted what they think, which is fine by the way. Not everybody has to agree, otherwise what would be the point of asking in the first place. One thing to keep in mind is that people are rating the pic, not the person, you can look great and have bad pictures and vice versa.
