Photofeeler is possibly the best place for seeing how you attractive you are, or at least how attractive you are in your picture you're using. Does it use objective beauty standards like TRM? No but that's the point. Beauty is almost entirely dependant on the viewpoint of others, not some made up rating guide where you'll get banned if you give your own opinion. Also take into account the rating system on Photofeeler is much different. For example it clearly says that his score would equate to top 10% of people, so that means he's better than 9 out of every 10 people on the website, which seems pretty believable.
Yeah Photofeeler is def one of the better rating sites I've encountered. What's great is that it actually calculates how each person votes and so there isn't much bias or underrating. I'm not a big fan oF TRM. I got banned for saying someone was a 7 when apparently they were only a 5 something. And the guide doesn't give very clear instructions other than "this person is slightly above average, this person is model terriroty" etc. So kind of hard to rate when it doesn't even clearly say how. And then there's thpse pages like am I hot and rate me where on every post no matter how ugly the person is "omg you're sooo hot I wish I look l jsut like you" and a bunch of guys putting the eggplant and water emojis
Unfortunately I've come to realize photofeeler is BS too. It's just too inflated. You can just never trust a site that takes your money.
Now...it's true. You can do it for free, but it takes forever to get votes. Even then the votes are inflated.
But..you can still test pics. But it's all relative. For example: you might get a 8 on one pic and a 6 on another pic. But on here it's probably more like a 7 and 5. Something like that.
Idk though. Our egos want to say it's accurate. They are not stupid. High ratings make you want to spend money.
I think the issue is Photofeeler uses different metrics than other rating systems. So let's you consider a 9 to be 1 in every 1,000 people. In that case the ratings will seem inflated because it doesn't match up to what you personally consider to be a 9. But if you pay attention to Photofeeler's percentages for each of the ratings, than it really does make sense and lines up pretty accurately for how attractive a particular individual is. Like Randy scored 9.1 which the website says would land him in the top 10% and I think that's definitely accurate. Based on this pic he's easily better looking thwn 90 percent of the dudes I see on a daily basis.
I've uploaded a ton of people to Pf and their rating on there is usually pretty relevant to their attractivness level. For example compare the scores of Kendall Jenner to this dude and you can see it does give a pretty good indication as to what people find attractive
Also I think the scores on here tend to be too low sometimes. Like I posted a pic of Chris Pratt and he scored mainly a 7 which is def too low for him, and would mean hes on the same level as all the average or slightly above average dude on here who score around a 7.
Ok. But imo I have an answer for that:
I think we are mixing up leagues. Randy and Chris are in different leagues. Not only their age but their status. What that means is if I give say Winnona Ryder an 8 and you give Jenner a 9 we are being fair to judge them because they are both models. So it's like comparing two different people in the major league if baseball. But if you say compare ...what's the girls name on here that thought she was a model ?. The one that always posted the same pic. It started with an S ? Anyways,if we gave her a 9 and Winnona Ryder a 9, it doesn't mean they are both as pretty. It just means for their league they both scored high. Winnona is in a much higher league of looks so you can't compare. In othervwords, Winona at a 4 is much better than what's her name at a 9. You can't compare. Chris Prat is in the major leagues. No guy on this forum even comes close to him. In other words, everyone here is in the minor leagues at best. We are judging Chris Prat to normal people bit rating on the same scale. Our 10 here rates like a 4 or 5 on their scale. We can't compete.
Ok yeah I get what you're saying. Basically we're rating them for how attractive they are according to famous people and not everyone who posts here. But the thing is the scale on here has clear definitions for each rating and so it doesn't really make for someone like Chris Pratt to score 7 when it says its just merely above average, where he should be scoring at least 9 which is model territory. If we were using a different scale exclusively for celebrites than his score would maybe make more sense, but since we're using a scale meant to be assessed and compared to the general population his score his too low for him.
