Generative AI

Our Generative AI API can be used to generate images, such as for a glasses try-on feature or hair coloring. This process requires more resources, so we charge an additional flat fee of $199 per month to enable it. The price per model call for the Generative AI API is the same as for the Computer Vision API. If you are interested in using this capability, please contact us to enable it.

    • What types of features does your API support?

      You can try our user facing app and browse through our documentation to see what we support.

    • How accurate is your API?

      While no machine learning model is perfect, we spend a lot of time making sure our models are as accurate as possible. We have domain experts doing data annotation and we train on large datasets which are regularly updated.

    • Is your API easy to integrate into my existing systems and applications?

      The REST API is designed to be easy to integrate into your existing systems and applications with ample documentation and examples.

    • How secure is your API?

      We take security very seriously. We run our inference jobs in a secure container environment. If you require single tenant isolation, we can also provide you with a dedicated API endpoint, though this is not included in our subscription plan pricing.

    • Can I try your API before committing to a subscription plan?

      You can try our user facing app to gauge the accuracy of our API. We're also happy to provide you with a free trial if you contact us.

    • What kind of support do you offer for developers using your API?

      We provide support through email and our support team is available to assist you with any questions you may have. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours during business days, and often faster if you contact us during daytime hours in California.

    • How do you handle privacy?

      We take privacy very seriously. We do not collect any user data you send through the API, we only collect usage information to be able to bill you for your usage. We may collect additional metadata like caller's IP addresses to help us prevent abuse of our API. We do not share any of this information with third parties.

    • How do you handle updates and maintenance for your API?

      Most of our models are trained on a regular basis to improve accuracy. We also regularly add new features and fix bugs. We will notify you of any updates or maintenance that may affect your usage. For the most part, we do not expect any downtime during maintenance and we switch over to a new version of our API seamlessly.

    • Do you offer any discounts or promotions for long-term subscriptions or high volume usage?

      We believe that our pricing is already very competitive. While we don't offer discounts or promotions as a standard practice, we're open to discussing your situation and finding a solution that works for you.

    • Do you have any plans to add new features or capabilities to your API in the future?

      Yes, we are constantly adding new features and capabilities to our API prioritized based on usage or customer requests. If you have any ideas for new features, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
